Here Comes the Judge is the seventh episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's third season which was first broadcast on October 26, 1992.
Will gets arrested for numerous parking tickets he claims he didn't get as Philip runs for judge against incumbent Judge Robertson.
At a conference being given by Phillip against Judge Robertson, Will is arrested for $2,000 worth of unpaid parking tickets. As he reads the locations the tickets were acquired at, he realizes that Jazz is responsible for them as he has the "Rap Mobile." Phillip learns that Judge Robertson was the one who told the police about the tickets in order to have Will arrested and ruin Phillip's character, leaving him stunned that his mentor is willing to play dirty to win the election.
Will is angered at Jazz and calls off their friendship though he realizes just how much he misses Jazz as nobody else in the house shares the same interests as him. Jazz reveals that he blamed the tickets on Will out of being upset that Will is going to college and will forget about him with new friends but Will reassures him that they will always be friends, no matter what. For old times sake before he leaves for college, Will throws him out.
