Margaret Furth is the jolly wife later ex- wife of Henry Furth. She despite being the wife of Phillip's employer, she seems to be very close to the Bank's family as though they are friends.
She also seems to have taken a liking to Will, as in the Fresh Prince Project when Will starts playing on the cups, she is smiling Her and Henry would later divorce.
She also learnt how to fly a helicopter, much to the horror of Phil and Vivian.
