Omar is the man that got Will in trouble and caused him to move to Bel-Air.
History[]
In the episode "The Philadelphia Story", Will returns to Philly and learns he is viewed as coward for fleeing a fight. Will tries to fix his reputation by locating him and trying to fight him and beat him, only to find that Omar doesn't remember him. After Will jogs his memory, he challenges Omar but the latter doesn't partake because he's a new man and refuses to brawl. Omar tells Will that he is trying to give back to his community and advises Will on needing to grow up and stop worrying about his reputation.
