Episode Summary Edit
Hilary lands a new job as an assistant to an actress, Marissa Redman (Queen Latifah). Ms. Redman turns out to be completely bossy. Will surprises Hilary with Jazz in the office and Marissa takes a liking to Will, wanting to put Hilary's job on the line if she can't set the date up. Will will only do it if Hilary goes on a date with Jazz.
On the date, Will is uncomfortable by Marissa's advances as Hilary confides in Jazz her pressures of working with Marissa. When a director ignores Marissa at the restaurant, she calls Hilary over and soon resorts to insults and calling Hilary a moron. Jazz steps in to defend Hilary as she finally stands up to her boss, insulting her film career before quitting the job and walking out with Jazz.
At home, Hilary thanks Jazz by kissing him on the cheek and saying that she will go out with him again someday.
- Running Gag: Marissa calling Hilary the wrong name "Hester, Helena"
